Minutes from the WPNS meeting

held at Mount Lebanon United Methodist Church

on August 1st 2017

The President, Corleen Chesonis called the meeting to order at 7:55 pm.

Minutes of the previous meeting

Minutes from the previous meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer's report

Report was read by Larry Hufnagel who also stated that the $50 contribution to ANA has not been sent out yet. The report is attached.

Committee reports:

No reports were presented.

Correspondence

There was no correspondence other than the membership dues passed on to Larry Hufnagel.

Old business

Stu suggested to add an agenda item to report on the website. Corleen suggested to report on the website under the existing item “Committee Reports” since we do not have any active committees now.

Tom picked Scoglio as the restaurant for the November banquet, he locked the place but menu choices have not been finalized yet.

Dick arranged Robert Stackly from HEINZ History Center as the speaker.

Mike has a speaker for 2018.

The printing of programs is scheduled for the next meeting.

The expenses for the Church would be paid by the next meeting.

New business

Rich Jewell distributed PAN Fall Coin Show Convention cards.

Since Phil was unable to attend the meeting the program on Mexican Type Set was substituted with two presentations: Dick Gaetano talked about the Pony Express and Rich Crosby talked on the Anse Canot Tokens.

Concluding of the meeting

The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 pm.

Present: There were 12 members and no guests present.
